Job summary

Damac Properties is seeking an experienced Project Execution In-Charge - Façade in Dubai to lead delivery of façade works on high-rise projects. The role requires 17+ years in façade, UAE-based experience, and a Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred. You will manage subcontractors, drive site progress, and ensure timely finishing of façades.

Arab nationality preferred but not mandatory. This is a demanding, on-site leadership role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 17+ years of exclusive façade industry experience.
• UAE-based façade project experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's preferred.
• Arab nationality preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for project delivery and day-to-day management.
• Lead façade execution and manage subcontractors.
• Drive site progress and ensure timely completion of façade installation.
