Job summary

Damac Properties invites an experienced Project Execution In-Charge - Façade to join our UAE-based team in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee delivery, manage day-to-day site activities, and lead façade execution across high-rise projects with subcontractors to ensure timely completion and quality finishing.

The ideal candidate has 17+ years exclusively in the façade industry, holds a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred), and UAE façades experience.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of experience exclusively in the façade industry
• Strong capability to lead façade execution, manage subcontractors, drive site progress
• Experience in cold-bent façades, UCW projects, and high-rise towers (preferred)
• Arab nationality preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for project delivery and day-to-day project management
• Lead façade execution and ensure timely completion and finishing of façade installation
• Manage subcontractors and drive site progress to meet project milestones
