Job summary

Damac is seeking an experienced Project Execution In-Charge - Façade in the UAE to take overall responsibility for project delivery and daily management of façade works. You will lead façade execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive site progress to ensure timely completion of high-rise façades.

The ideal candidate has 17+ years in the façade industry, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and UAE-ready credentials. Arab nationality is preferred but not mandatory.

• Overall responsibility for project delivery and day-to-day project management.
• Minimum 17+ years of experience exclusively in the façade industry.
• Strong capability to lead façade execution, manage subcontractors, drive site progress, and ensure timely completion and finishing of façade installation.
• Experience in cold-bent façades, UCW projects, and high-rise towers is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Arab nationality preferred, but not mandatory.
