Experience: 10 years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Director with a strong background in Private Banking Wealth Management Investment Management or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage HNW/UHNW client relationships and drive AUM growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Advise clients on suitable investment wealth management and private banking products.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver high service standards.
• Stay updated on market trends investment products and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DFSA AML KYC and investment suitability requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking Wealth Management Investment Financial Markets or Financial Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking products and investment solutions.
• Proven experience in client acquisition AUM growth and relationship management.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and DFSA is preferred.
• Experience with Private Banks or EAMs in DIFC will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication presentation and relationship-management skills.
