FAB is seeking a Director of Private Banking in the UAE to lead UHNW client relationships, drive AUM growth, and expand cross-border services from Dubai/Abu Dhabi. You will own strategy, manage a senior team, and promote Open Architecture across Offshore and Onshore platforms, while maintaining top-tier client service and risk controls.

You will develop new business with key decision-makers, nurture existing portfolios, and coordinate with group offices globally to deliver bespoke wealth

Competenze

• In-depth knowledge of FAB policies, AML/OFAC/KYC requirements.
• Ability to manage high net worth client relationships and cross-border needs.
• Strong networking and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
