Black & Grey HR recruits for a leading construction company in Dubai. The role of Tendering & Estimation Manager leads the tendering function by analyzing project requirements, evaluating risks, and preparing competitive bids that maximize the company’s chances of securing projects.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction, proven leadership of estimation or tendering teams, and strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant certifications.
• Minimum 15+ years in construction/engineering with tendering exposure.
• Proven experience in leading estimation or tendering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract documentation, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software (e.g., RAI or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tender Department and manage resources and workload.
• Mentor estimators and quantity surveyors to improve performance.
• Oversee tender pre-qualification documents and bid submissions.
• Review contracts, LOAs, and pricing with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants during tendering discussions.
• Improve tendering processes and cost efficiency across the function.
• Handle post-tender clarifications and pricing analyses.
