Job summary

Mastercard Inc. seeks a Director/Senior Managing Consultant to lead AI consulting engagements across EEMEA, driving strategy, design, deployment and transformation. You will advise C-suite executives, lead multidisciplinary teams, and shape AI offerings across payments, fraud, risk, and operations.

You will partner with product and engineering teams to scale AI capabilities, governance, and responsible AI practices while advancing client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI consulting, data analytics, or technology advisory.
• Proven track record leading AI strategy, solutioning, deployment, and transformation programs.
• Experience advising senior executives and influencing enterprise-wide transformation decisions.
• Strong background in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or card issuing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned to client business objectives.
• Advise executive stakeholders on AI investment priorities, governance, and value realization.
• Lead end-to-end AI solution design, deployment, and scale across multiple engagements.
• Oversee vendor evaluation, technology scouting, and ecosystem management for AI programs.
• Partner with engineering, product, data science, and client teams to ensure delivery and adoption.
