Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a seasoned Ops Management - Corporate Communications & Culture leader in Dubai to drive efficiency and a cohesive culture. You will oversee enterprise initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and employee engagement programs to align with business goals.

You will develop and monitor the Balanced Scorecard, manage annual OPEX budgeting, and translate strategy into actionable plans with senior leadership. Strong collaboration with department heads is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior ops/strategy roles.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Develop and monitor the Balanced Scorecard with KPIs and targets for senior leadership insights.
• Coordinate across functions to drive execution of strategic priorities and track progress.
