JU CS-IT Placements -PG in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Director of Employment Placement to lead recruitment placement strategies and elevate employment outcomes. You will build strong employer partnerships, oversee sourcing, screening, and matching, and drive performance against targets.

The role requires proven leadership, deep knowledge of recruitment operations, and the ability to strategize with senior management. A senior executive role offering significant influence on growth and partnerships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field.
• Extensive experience in recruitment, employment placement, talent acquisition, or staffing operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams or placement programs.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, and employer relations.
• Ability to analyze labor market trends and identify workforce opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience establishing performance targets and managing budgets.
