• 2+ years experience in a Director of Residences or equivalent senior leadership role within an ultra-luxury branded residence or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven experience managing relationships with high-profile homeowners and collaborating with developers, owners, operators and leadership teams.
• Hands-on budgeting, cost control and driving operational efficiencies.
• Proven success mentoring and developing high-performing teams with a culture of excellence and accountability.
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, empathy and diplomacy in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strategic, highly organized and solutions-oriented with strong judgment and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English with professional communication.

• Build trusted relationships with homeowners, understanding preferences and delivering personalized service.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners and stakeholders, balancing needs of residents and partners.
• Provide inspirational leadership to operational teams and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives.

• Proven experience managing relationships with high-profile homeowners and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including developers ownership representatives operators service providers and corporate leadership teams with a demonstrated ability to build trust drive engagement and foster long-term relationships with discerning homeowners
• Hands-on experience in budgeting management and driving operational efficiencies
• Proven success in leading mentoring and developing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement
• High levels of emotional intelligence resilience empathy and diplomacy with the ability to successfully navigate complex stakeholder relationships and sensitive situations with discretion professionalism confidence and sound judgment
