Job summary

Tanqeeb, a UAE-based institutional digital asset platform, seeks a Portfolio Director to lead investment strategy, fund operations and regulatory oversight across Abu Dhabi and Dubai-regulated entities.

You will oversee capital allocation for fund-of-funds, DeFi yield and real-world asset strategies, ensure NAV calculations and compliance, and manage on-chain transactions and custody infrastructure. UAE residency required.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing discretionary capital or delivering institutional fund operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital asset investment strategies.
• Manage fiat and stablecoin on/off-ramping, DeFi execution and investor redemptions.
• Operate institutional custody infrastructure with transaction approval authority.
• Complete daily NAV calculations, reconciliations and operational controls.
• Verifying on-chain transactions and smart contract interactions.
• Act as the VARA Responsible Individual and a director of both regulated entities.
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with ADGM FSRA and VARA requirements.
