IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Director of Quality & Guest Experience to lead luxury guest journeys and uphold brand standards across the hotel portfolio at Dubai Festival City.

You will collaborate with department heads to translate global brand guidelines into tangible guest interactions, drive continuous improvement, and support the General Manager in achieving top-tier guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in hospitality/related field.
• Proven experience in quality mgmt or guest experience in luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service principles and brand standards.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end guest journey design and ensure luxury service standards.
• Evaluate guest touchpoints across departments for personal, seamless experiences.
