Job summary

Talents Tide seeks an Investment and Business Development Section Manager to lead feasibility studies, monitor ROI, and identify investment opportunities aligned with the authority's strategy. The role reports to the Director of Investment and Partnerships Development and requires overseeing a multidisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes policy input, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement across public and private sectors to strengthen strategic assets and projects.

Qualifications

• Academic requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience in investment or business development.
• Ability to develop policy and regulatory recommendations.
• Experience leading high-impact programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the department's annual business plan and align with institutional objectives.
• Lead the team to prepare and execute the annual operational plan with KPIs and budgets.
• Develop investment and business development programs for financial sustainability.
• Monitor ROI of projects and report to senior management with corrective actions.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote Dubai as a leading destination.
