Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Performing Arts Department Manager (Director level) in Dubai to lead the sector-wide strategy, engage external stakeholders, and shape policy. You will drive program KPIs, revenue planning, and partnerships while overseeing talent development and exhibitions.

The role requires a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, large-scale stakeholder engagement, and policy input in the arts sector. This is a senior leadership position based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the specified fields.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement.
Experience shaping policy recommendations for a sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the sector strategy for performing arts, including objectives, KPIs, and programs.
Run the department's annual operational plan and budget.
Assess the performing arts ecosystem to spot gaps and needs.
Shape sector policy and provide input into legislation.
Build partnerships to deliver strategic initiatives.
Design and manage funding programs, grants, and awards.
Develop and promote local and international performing arts talent.
Oversee exhibition planning, design, and documentation for the sector.
Lead department budget consolidation and compliance.
Manage and develop direct reports, set objectives, and review performance.
