Job summary

OKX in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Monetizer for VIP institutional clients including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds. You will originate, progress, and close partnerships that generate substantial recurring revenues and establish OKX as a credible institutional counterparty globally.

You will own the revenue target, manage long- and short-cycle deals, and work with product and engineering to address custody and API needs while navigating

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience.
• Active institutional network with C-suite access.
• Proven personal deal closing experience in institutional clients.
• Deep crypto product fluency across custody, trading, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading director-level professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own tier 1 network expansion with C-suite relationships at banks and asset managers.
• Manage revenue targets, forecast, and pipeline health across segments.
• Balance long-cycle bank partnerships with shorter-cycle funds and asset managers.
• Lead deal origination and structuring for large institutional agreements.
• Translate product needs into business cases with ROI and advocate internally.
• Navigate regulatory positioning and communicate OKX standing to committees.
