Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, seeks a Director of Human Resources for Wild Wadi to drive people strategy across the property. You will lead talent initiatives and reinforce a service-driven culture at a premier destination in Dubai.

The role requires 10–12 years in luxury hospitality HR, with strong leadership, budgeting, and recruitment capabilities to deliver exceptional guest experiences and workforce excellence.

• Elevate the HR function by empowering the team, building capability, and embedding best-practice standards to drive exceptional organizational performance.
• Lead HR budgeting, capital planning, and P&L oversight with disciplined precision, enabling financial clarity and operational agility.
