Job summary

BroadPeak Investment Group (BIG) in Dubai, UAE, is building a shared-services accounting function and seeks a Director of Accounting to own the end-to-end process. You will lead a UAE team and coordinate with Pakistan and India partners, delivering clean closes across the US, UK, and China entities on NetSuite and QuickBooks.

You bring 8–12+ years, offshore leadership experience, and a strong accounting background to drive controls, intercompany, and robust reporting in a tax-free UAE

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
• 8–12+ years in accounting, leading teams and close ownership.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full accounting cycle across US, UK and China entities.
• Lead UAE team and coordinate offshore work in Pakistan and India.
• Ensure month-end close, intercompany, reconciliations and reporting.
