Job summary

BUZ | Experiential Marketing, PR & Events Consultancy is seeking an Events & Experiential Manager to lead the division, grow a strong client portfolio and deliver outstanding cultural and community events across the UAE.

You will blend creative thinking with commercial strategy, lead a high-performing team and strengthen client relationships to establish the division as a leading player in events and experiential marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing high-impact experiential, community and cultural events in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability and build client relationships.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Events & Experiences division; develop annual business plans and budgets.
• Oversee creative pitches, RFPs, costing and execution plans to drive conversions.
• Identify new project opportunities and lead client acquisition efforts.
• Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee multiple projects end-to-end from concept to delivery and ROI.
• Oversee event production, logistics, vendors, staffing and on-site execution.
• Mentor and develop the Events team to support division growth.
