Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, is seeking a Director of Program Sales to originate, shape, and close large-scale enterprise AI transformation programs delivered through professional services. You will lead executive conversations from ambition to funded transformation roadmaps, owning shifts from opportunity to signed SOW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required.
• 10+ years in technical presales, strategic consulting or enterprise professional services sales.
• Experience spanning AI, cloud, or cybersecurity is preferred.
• Proven track record closing large professional services programs.

Responsibilities

• Originate, shape, and close large enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, legal, procurement and C-level stakeholders.
• Own delivery feasibility, risk, timeline, and resourcing before deal signing.
• Drive consumption and expansion of model/API usage post go-live.
