Job summary

Inception Artificial Intelligence L.L.C - O.P.C, part of the Inception42 family, seeks a Director - Product Technology, Platforms to drive the technical evolution of a shared AI platform for enterprise and government customers. You will translate product ambitions into secure, scalable solutions and guide teams from concept to production.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Technology, you will set direction, oversee architecture, and collaborate with product, design, data & AI, and

Qualifications

• Senior product-engineering leadership experience building complex enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on credibility in architecture, system design, and design/code reviews.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, identity, security, multi-tenancy, reliability, observability, and production operations.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products, with practical knowledge of agents, RAG, evaluation, grounding, safety, latency, and cost.
• Experience guiding products from early discovery through launch, production operation, iteration, and scale.
• Strong product judgment grounded in user and developer workflows, usability and measurable value.
• Proven ability to lead across organizational boundaries and balance technical and commercial trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and execution roadmap for Inception42’s platform.
• Evolve architecture across agent runtime, orchestration, tool execution, governance, APIs, and security.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data & AI to turn models and prototypes into usable platform capabilities.
• Lead enterprise integration strategies and interoperability with key ecosystems.
• Establish engineering practices with automated evaluations, observability, and production readiness.
• Shape capabilities and capacity to deliver the roadmap across multiple teams.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and AI economics for various deployments.
• Provide coaching and maintain clear engineering standards and ownership.
• Use real-world feedback to continuously improve the platform and roadmap.
