• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required.
• 10+ years in technical presales, strategic consulting or enterprise professional services sales.
• Experience spanning AI, cloud, or cybersecurity is preferred.
• Proven track record closing large professional services programs.

Overview

As Director of Program Sales at Inception, you will originate, shape, and close large-scale enterprise AI transformation programs delivered through professional services and sustained frontier AI consumption. You will lead executive conversations from initial AI ambition through to a funded, deliverable transformation roadmap — owning the shift from opportunity to signed statement of work.

This is not a software resale motion. The commercial construct is centered on professional services, transformational enterprise AI use cases, and durable model/API consumption once programs move into production. You will work across major UAE enterprises — banks, telcos, government entities, energy companies, airlines, and critical infrastructure organizations — converting executive interest into funded programs, and ensuring what is sold can actually be delivered.

Responsibilities

Program Origination & Deal Shaping

• Run executive discovery workshops that convert AI ambition into prioritized, fundable use cases — scored by business value, feasibility, data readiness, delivery complexity, and consumption potential; shape and sell large professional services programs through to closed, funded engagements.

Solution Credibility & Governance

• Architect credible frontier-AI-powered solutions and engage security, compliance, legal, procurement, technology, and business stakeholders as a peer; bring cybersecurity depth or regulated-environment exposure to hold CISO-level conversations with authority.

Delivery Feasibility

• Own delivery effort, risk, timeline, dependency, and resourcing assessment before a deal is signed, ensuring every proof of concept has a designed path to production, and build repeatable industry offerings that shorten the sales cycle.

Consumption & Account Growth

• Drive sustained model/API consumption after go-live and expand accounts by converting delivered programs into follow-on transformation work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (MBA or equivalent a plus, not required).
• 10+ years in technical presales, strategic consulting, or enterprise professional services sales, ideally spanning AI, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• A demonstrated track record shaping and closing large professional services programs — not just relationship management or pure technical advisory.
• Background drawn from hyperscaler field CTO/principal solution architect, Big 4 or strategy consulting, cybersecurity vendor or consulting, or large-scale digital transformation delivery.
• Evidence of taking proofs of concept into funded, production-grade programs with sustained consumption, and the judgment to say no to deals that cannot be delivered.
