Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, invites a Senior Manager - Investment AI Platform to join the (in)Alpha product team in Abu Dhabi. You will translate investment workflows into product requirements, write reference artifacts, and work with product, engineering, AI and client teams to deliver credible outputs for institutional investors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in private equity, private credit, growth equity, or institutional investment environments.
• Experience preparing and defending investment committee materials, including memos and valuation analyses.
• Strong investment judgment and analytical skepticism; distinguish critical evidence from noise.
• Explain investment reasoning clearly to engineers, AI practitioners, and executives.
• Track record of influencing decisions in cross-functional or committee settings.
• Comfort in early-stage product environments with evolving processes and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define how (in)Alpha modules should behave against investment practice and reports.
• Author reference artifacts guiding product development, including memos and scoring frameworks.
• Refine backlog with product and engineering, resolving practitioner questions on scope and edge cases.
• Pressure-test features against governance, and identify workflow failure points.
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, uncertainty handling and source use.
• Set analytical output quality standards and translate judgment into testable criteria.
• Identify plausible but incorrect outputs and drive issues to resolution with owners.
• Define citation standards and source transparency for committee defensibility.
• Lead investment-domain input to demonstrations, discovery and client discussions.
• Run design-partner relationships, eliciting workflow details and translating to product input.
• Assist client deployments by configuring templates, taxonomies, and decision criteria.
• Contribute domain content to proposals and RFPs without owning revenue target.
• Maintain awareness of GCC market requirements and regional deal structures.
• Bring customer evidence into roadmap and pricing discussions to reduce rework.
