Job summary

Dubai Holding, a global investment company, seeks a Director - Employee Relations to lead ER strategy and governance across the group, ensuring UAE labour law compliance and fair case management.

As a senior adviser to HC leadership and business leaders, you will steer investigations, policy frameworks, workforce restructuring, and reporting, while fostering a high-trust, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in employee relations, HR operations, or employment law
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership overseeing ER across multiple entities
• UAE / GCC experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group-wide Employee Relations strategy and governance
• Oversee end-to-end ER case management across the Group
• Ensure investigations comply with UAE labour law and Dubai Holding policy
• Lead workforce relations during restructuring and change programmes
• Develop regular ER reporting for HC leadership and governance bodies
