Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy seeks a seasoned professional to lead Career Services initiatives in our UAE operations. You will develop strategies to achieve graduate employment goals, oversee training for staff, and partner with internal teams to cultivate employer relationships and job readiness support for graduates.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and building a diverse, inclusive work environment within an educational nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in recruiting, career services and employment assistance, or in sales.
• Proficient English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Computer literacy/basic computer skills.
