Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a data analytics specialist for Internal Audit to design and execute data-driven audit solutions, including fraud surveillance and continuous monitoring, with a strong focus on operational risk.

You will bridge data engineering and audit methodology, translate business risks into analytical approaches, and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in data analytics.
• At least 2 years supporting audit, risk, compliance, or financial control functions.
• Proficient in SQL; Python/R for analysis preferred.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Internal Audit''s data analytics, automation, and technology initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based analytical models for audits.
• Analyse data to improve analytics, automation, and reporting across audit activities.
• Embed analytics into audit methodology and processes (risk assessment, planning, scoping, fieldwork).
• Develop and maintain continuous monitoring dashboards and automated alerts.
