Job summary

Bybit is seeking a technically strong IT Audit Manager to execute in-depth technology audits across its global infrastructure. This hands-on role focuses on IT infrastructure, cloud environments, APIs, SDLC pipelines, and wallet/custody systems, spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Head of IT Audit, you will collaborate with Engineering, Security, DevOps and Product teams to map architectures, assess controls, and drive remediation with clear risk language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years IT audit experience in fintech/crypto environments.
• Cross-border collaboration with multiple jurisdictions.
• Core technical experience in infra, cloud, API security, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical audits of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, APIs, SDLC pipelines, network architecture.
• Assess architecture design, security controls, and deployment pipelines against standards.
• Coordinate with cross-border teams to align regulatory requirements.
• Develop findings with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports for senior management and Board.
