Job summary

Bybit Limited in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Data Analyst to join our data platform and illuminate user behaviour across futures, options, and lending products. You will build dashboards, run analyses, and partner with product, risk, and finance teams to drive data-informed decisions.

You should have 5+ years in data analysis or BI, strong SQL, and experience with Python or R, plus proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Background in futures/derivatives trading, options products, TradFi financial products, or lending/consumer finance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across product lines from onboarding to churn signals.
• Build dashboards and automated reports tracking performance across business lines.
• Conduct product-specific deep-dives on futures, options, TradFi, and loan trends.
• Identify and segment high-value users; model trading LTV and credit behavior.
• Monitor data quality and resolve metric discrepancies across systems.
• Support ad-hoc analyses, A/B tests, and impact assessments for new products.
• Develop data models and ETL pipelines for futures, options, TradFi, and loans.
• Collaborate with product, risk, finance, operations and compliance on metrics definitions.
