Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a seasoned Project Management Leader to define and drive the overall PM strategy for multi-disciplinary, large-scale projects in the UAE.

The role requires 15–20+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership, with deep knowledge of UAE construction laws, budgeting, and governance. Primavera P6, Power BI and MS Office are key tools for delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Architectural Engineering with PMP certification.
• 15–20+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership on large multi-disciplinary projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and lead the overall project management strategy.
• Escalate risks, resource challenges, and delivery issues; ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee budgets, monitor cost performance, and drive cost optimization.
• Govern change requests with clear schedule and budget impacts.
• Direct contractor management, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with procurement, contracts, and commercial teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure alignment of project execution with strategic objectives.
• Champion standardized PM processes, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee performance reporting and data analysis for exec decisions.
• Establish team structures and accountability frameworks.
• Delegate responsibilities while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with regulatory and stakeholder alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance delivery and competitiveness.
