Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Director to lead the Internal Wholesale (IWPB) relationship for MENA Asset Management Wholesale. The role focuses on growing assets under management, expanding share of wallet, and delivering growth initiatives with the IWPB client segment.

You will work with Investment Wealth Solution teams and AM Marketing to promote platforms and provide strong client service. A graduation degree is essential for UAE visa eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles within wealth and asset management.
• Ability to drive AUM growth and share of wallet.
• Strong pipeline management and client planning.
• SCA ICWIM level 3 and UAE regulatory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Internal Wholesale relationship and ensure HSBC Asset Management experience.
• Drive AUM growth and revenue in IWPB segment.
• Minimise redemptions through client servicing and education.
• Execute local IWPB action plan with structured client planning.
• Promote AM platforms with Solution teams and marketing.
• Maintain CRM usage and pipeline campaigns.
• Collaborate with RM and Sales Manager and internal partners.
