Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Director - Employee Relations to provide strategic leadership across the Group, ensuring compliant management of all ER matters and alignment with UAE labour law.

You will define ER strategy, governance, case management, and oversee investigations, performance management, restructures, and workforce relations, partnering with HC leadership and business leaders to foster a high-trust workplace.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive experience in employee relations, HR operations, or employment law.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing ER across multi-entity or group-level organisations.
• UAE / GCC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group-wide Employee Relations strategy and governance.
• Oversee end-to-end case management, disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and natural justice while maintaining confidentiality.
