Mastercard Move in the EEMEA region seeks a Director of Product Management focused on Pricing & Assurance to align commercial value with prudent financials for cross-border payments. You will interact with large FI customers, FinTechs, and government schemes to shape strategy and pricing structures.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reviews, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to maximize value while safeguarding company interests.

Qualifications

• Understand cross-border payments and value drivers for the product and business.
• Strong knowledge of financial metrics and forecasting principles.
• Ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization and drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for pricing, governance and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product Sales teams to deliver best commercial value while safeguarding financial interests.
• Help customers articulate value stories and financial models for pricing.
• Prepare complex business cases at customer/deal/portfolio level for investments.
• Own budgeting and forecasting in partnership with Finance and Sales.
• Track key business metrics weekly/monthly with cross-functional teams.
• Present direction and coordinate quarterly business reviews with senior leaders.
• Act as PMO for internal work streams affecting revenue realization.
