Talents Tide seeks a seasoned solicitor to provide comprehensive legal support to the business across corporate and commercial matters in Dubai. The role focuses on strategic advice, contract drafting and oversight of the IP portfolio, ensuring risk is managed and escalated appropriately.

The candidate will advise on corporate structures, governance and activities, while coordinating with external counsel on international projects. 10+ years PQE and relevant qualification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or other relevant jurisdiction.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate laws and practices in Dubai.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.

Providing legal support to the business on all corporate and commercial legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and strategic advice to the business across corporate and commercial matters, including advising senior management on key and legacy matters.
• Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements on a day-to-day basis, including MOUs, transactional documents and business contracts.
• Manage and oversee the business intellectual property portfolio.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks, ensuring material risks are appropriately addressed and escalated to the business and Head of Legal.
• Advise the business on corporate structures, governance and other corporate activities.
• Manage and coordinate with external counsel and counter-parties where required, specifically for any international projects.

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and/or other relevant jurisdiction.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate laws and practices in Dubai.
