QatarYello, a diversified investment-led group based in Fujairah, seeks an experienced legal adviser to serve as principal counsel to the GCEO and senior stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters. You will lead drafting and negotiation of complex agreements, support acquisitions, JVs and restructurings, drive governance and risk management, manage external counsel, and build scalable legal processes across the group.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with LLB/JD or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• 8–12 years' post-qualification experience in private practice and/or in-house.
• Strong corporate and commercial law background with experience negotiating complex agreements.
• Exposure to M&A, joint ventures, investments, restructurings, and legal due diligence.
• Experience advising senior executives and managing multiple matters in a dynamic environment; UAE/GCC experience desirable.

• Serve as the principal legal adviser to the GCEO and senior stakeholders on corporate, commercial and strategic matters.
• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial agreements across the Group.
• Support acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, restructurings, and other strategic transactions.
• Drive legal governance, risk management and legal operations, including matter tracking and reporting.
• Manage external law firms and legal advisers, ensuring high-quality support and cost-effective outcomes.
• Build legal frameworks, templates and processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and risk management across the organisation.

• Qualified lawyer (LLB, JD or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Approximately 8-12 years' post-qualification experience, gained in leading private practice and/or in-house environments.
• Strong corporate and commercial law background with experience negotiating complex agreements.
• Exposure to M&A, investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and legal due diligence.
• Experience working with senior executives and managing multiple legal matters in a dynamic business environment; UAE/GCC experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives, providing practical and solution-oriented advice to business leaders.
