Job summary

TalentsTide seeks an experienced Legal Director (Corporate) in Dubai to lead corporate and commercial strategy, provide high‑level legal guidance to senior management, and safeguard the company’s interests across all regional operations.

You will draft and negotiate key agreements, oversee the intellectual property portfolio, manage external counsel for international projects, and establish robust governance and corporate structures in line with UAE laws.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales or other relevant jurisdiction.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate laws and practices in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and strategic advice to the business across corporate and commercial matters.
• Lead drafting, review and negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage and oversee the business intellectual property portfolio.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks, ensuring material risks are appropriately addressed and escalated to the business and Head of Legal.
• Advise the business on corporate structures, governance and other corporate activities.
• Manage and coordinate with external counsel and counter-parties where required, specifically for any international projects.

Job Purpose

Providing legal support to the business on all corporate and commercial legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and strategic advice to the business across corporate and commercialmatters, including advising senior management on key and legacy matters.
• Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements on a day-to-day basis, including MOUs, transactional documents and business contracts.
• Manage and oversee the businessintellectual property portfolio.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks, ensuring material risks are appropriately addressed andescalated to the business and Head of Legal.
• Advise the business on corporate structures, governance and other corporate activities.
• Manage and coordinate with external counsel and counter-parties where required, specifically forany international projects.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and/or other relevant jurisdiction.
