Outset Medical is seeking a seasoned Nursing leader to oversee clinical excellence managers across regions, driving quality reviews and strategic business initiatives.

You will collaborate with sales and regulatory bodies, ensuring EMR integration and clinical program success while supporting customers in-person and virtually. A strong background in healthcare or medical devices, with a focus on data-driven decisions, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required and RN licensed.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in healthcare or medical device settings.
• Proficiency in compliance regulations and standards.

• Travel up to 75% of the time to support regional needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Master's degree (MSN or MBA)
• 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in healthcare or medical device settings
• Proficiency in compliance regulations and standards
• Experience developing business plans and ROI
• Deep understanding of health system accreditation processes
• Strong process and quality improvement background
• Ability to translate data and analytics into action plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Experience in the medical device industry
• Functional knowledge of dialysis or relevant medical technologies
• Advanced nursing certifications (ACNO, CNO, VP of Patient Care Services, or DON experience)
• Certified Nurse Executive (CNE) or NEA-BC
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
• Certified Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL)
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
