This is a highly visible leadership role that sits at the centre of the business, working across departments to ensure customer experience, business performance, technology enablement, and organizational standards are aligned to the company's strategic ambitions.

This role is not responsible for running day-to-day operations. Instead, it provides leadership with visibility, governance, insight, and improvement frameworks that enable sustainable growth and execution excellence.

• Strong experience working with executive leadership teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Exposure to customer-centr ic, digitally enabled, or multi-site organizations.
• Experience building governance frameworks, business performance reporting, and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
