You will analyze operational and business data, establish performance indicators, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, commercially aware, and capable of turning complex business challenges into practical solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; familiarity with business intelligence or process improvement tools is an advantage.
