Job summary

WSP Advisory in the Middle East seeks a Director of Clients & Strategic Growth to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement, business development, and opportunity generation. You will lead client relationships with senior stakeholders, expand existing accounts, and position WSP’s Advisory capabilities across the market.

The role is a dedicated, client-facing leadership position focused on creating opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and achieving ambitious revenue targets

Qualifications

• Significant business development and client relationship management experience within a Big Four, management consultancy, professional services, or advisory environment.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
• Extensive network of senior client relationships across the Middle East.
• Demonstrated success in generating and converting strategic advisory opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities across the full Advisory portfolio.
• Accountable for achieving annual sales, pipeline, and revenue targets across the Advisory business.
• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans for priority clients.
• Identify, create, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Advisory service offerings.
• Drive early client engagement and relationship-building to influence opportunities ahead of formal procurement processes.
