Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, offer seating choices, and escort to tables with menu presentation.
• Maintain daily log book to coordinate between shifts and management.
• Ensure proper dining room setup and enforce grooming standards; assign stations.
• Conduct daily roll call meetings about promotions, specials, and guest feedback.
• Handle reservations and special events; perform opening/closing duties; assist with side work.
• Carry out additional duties to ensure guest satisfaction and open communication with staff.
