Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks a Technical Sales Consultant-Digital Transformation to define and accelerate the PA digital strategy for the MEA region. You will craft compelling value propositions and demo assets, defining technology needs and collaborating with Aveva and other SE units to meet customer requirements.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercialization, enabling customer opportunity generation and deal support in close partnership with Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree / MBA preferred.
• Prefer 10+ years' experience in Industrial automation and digital solutions with Aveva or similar software company or end user.
• Strong experience in solution development and technical strategy across multiple product lines; customer-facing or commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of value propositions aligned to Process Industries priorities (energy efficiency, sustainability, reliability, autonomy).
• Co-create and refine solution narratives and demo environments with Marketing and Strategy teams.
• Translate complex technologies (AI, digital twins, Autonomous Operations, Unified Operations) into customer-relevant business value stories.
• Ensure progress and delivery of priority PA Digital Transformation strategy initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate initiatives involving multiple Schneider Electric LoBs, Innovation Hubs, external partners and ecosystem players.
• Track and manage milestones, dependencies, and risks; support incubation of new solutions and use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify and shape opportunities, strengthen value propositions, and contribute to strategic deals.
• Engage with customers to validate use cases, demonstrate solutions, and gather feedback to refine offerings.
• Collaborate across Strategy, Marketing, Offer Management, Digital/Software, Delivery/Services to align strategy, offers, and go-to-market.
