Responsibilities
  • Digital product Development and Implementation- Identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation across digital channels (internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, digital TV) to broaden service offerings and elevate Digital Channel services in alignment with business goals.
  • Digital product Usage and Reporting- Plan and coordinate onboarding, usage, and migration initiatives for assigned digital products, ensuring a seamless customer experience and prompt resolution of service issues to protect the bank’s reputation. Monitor and analyze product usage metrics and revenue-related KPIs to assess adoption, identify trends, and support data-driven enhancements. Collaborate with analytics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure accurate reporting, timely issue escalation, and continuous improvement of digital product performance.
  • Quality Certification, Audit and Compliance- Ensure that all services meet regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001 certification for internet banking/mobile Banking and product development.
  • People Management- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement- Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards.
  • Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in delivering projects in alternate delivery channels within a Bank
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization
  • Project Management Prince II or Project Management Institute (PMI) or Agile (or equivalent) Certification
  • Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies
  • Planning, analytical and time management skills
