Job summary

ARADA Developments LLC is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Executive for its fashion retail division in Sharjah. The role focuses on modest wear and ready-to-wear collections, requiring excellent Arabic communication and a proven sales track record.

You will engage customers, provide styling advice, and maintain an inviting store environment. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, meeting sales targets, and supporting merchandising and operations in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fashion retail experience (mandatory).
• Experience in modest wear and ready-to-wear fashion (preferred).
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and strong English communication.
• Proven sales track record with a customer-focused mindset.
• Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and drive sales of modest wear and ready-to-wear collections.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and advise on styling and fit.

We are looking for a highly motivated Retail Sales Executive with a strong background in fashion retail specifically in modest wear and ready-to-wear collections The ideal candidate will bring hands-on retail experience excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage clients in Arabic to deliver an exceptional shopping experience

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement SalesDeliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationshipsActively engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and preferencesDrive sales by recommending appropriate modest wear and ready-to-wear collectionsConsistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Product KnowledgeMaintain in-depth knowledge of current collections trends and product offeringsAdvise customers on styling fit and coordination of outfitsStay updated on seasonal trends and new arrivals
• Store PresentationEnsure the sales floor is well-organized fully stocked and visually appealingSupport visual merchandising efforts including product displays and replenishmentMaintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation
