Job summary

Acacia Garden Center is seeking a Digital Sales Executive in Dubai to manage high-volume inbound leads from our website, social channels, WhatsApp, email and phone. You will guide customers on plant selections, prepare custom quotations, and close sales to hit monthly targets.

You will work across e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and logistics teams to ensure stock availability, accurate dispatch, and excellent after-sales support, while driving revenue growth in a fast-paced premium retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in E-commerce Sales, Digital Telesales, Luxury Retail, or UAE Inside Sales.
• Home decor, landscaping or nursery experience is a major advantage.
• Proficient with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Extensive experience with WhatsApp Business API or omni-channel chat tools.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Sales-driven, target oriented, closing deals via chat and phone.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

As our Digital Sales Executive, you will manage, nurture, and convert high-volume inbound leads generated through our website, social media, WhatsApp Business, email, and phone calls. This is a fast-paced, high-interaction role that combines consultative selling with digital customer service. You will guide customers on plant selection, provide custom quotations for outdoor setups, and close sales to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Lead Conversion: Respond immediately to customer inquiries across WhatsApp Business, Instagram/Facebook DM, website live chat, email, and phone.
• Consultative Selling: Guide retail and commercial clients by recommending suitable plants, pots, and outdoor products based on their specific light, space, and maintenance requirements.
• Sales & Revenue Targets: Convert casual online inquiries and digital quotations into confirmed sales to achieve monthly individual and team targets.
• Pipeline & Cart Recovery: Proactively follow up on pending quotations, unanswered inquiries, and abandoned digital shopping carts.
• CRM Management: Maintain clean data by logging all customer interactions, pipeline stages, and contact details in our CRM system.
• Logistics & Operations Hand-off: Coordinate directly with our E-commerce Logistics team and nursery staff to ensure stock availability, accurate dispatch instructions, and seamless delivery.
• After-Sales Support: Build repeat business by managing customer post-delivery queries, plant care guidance requests, and resolving issues professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience in E-commerce Sales, Digital Telesales, Luxury Retail, or Real Estate Inside Sales within the UAE. Experience in the home decor, landscaping, or nursery industry is a major advantage.
• Tool & Systems Expertise:
  • Proficiency with E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).
  • Advanced experience managing high-volume WhatsApp Business API or omni-channel chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, ManyChat).
  • Direct experience working within a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce).
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Professional proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred and will be given immediate priority.
• Sales DNA: A naturally persuasive, target-oriented individual who thrives on closing deals over chat and phone.
• Botanical Interest: Willingness to quickly learn plant care, outdoor furniture materials, and landscaping basics.
