Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, reporting and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and customer performance KPIs with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Structured, proactive, and discreet, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and an interest in fitness, wellness, and digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate Digital sales pipelines, forecasts, and commercial trackers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on opportunities, orders, backlog, sales performance, and targets.
• Monitor pipeline gaps, overdue opportunities, missing data, and potential commercial risks.
• Develop dashboards and management summaries while supporting Digital campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain accurate customer portfolios, solution records, onboarding progress, training, and go-live activities.
• Monitor Customer Success KPIs, including activation, adoption, usage, engagement, retention, and license renewals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and management summaries by account, product, and segment.
• Identify declining usage, inactive customers, missed milestones, renewal risks, and accounts requiring management attention.
• Maintain accurate records of Digital proposals, orders, and commercial documentation.
• Organize Digital product, pricing, presentation, and historical performance materials.
• Provide analytical, administrative, and reporting support to the Customer Success & Digital Account Manager.
