Technogym in Dubai is seeking a part-time Digital Account Specialist (UAE National) to provide internal analytical reporting and operational support across Digital Sales and Customer Success. You will maintain visibility of the digital sales pipeline, performance metrics, and customer portfolios, preparing recurring reports and dashboards for management.

This is an internal, non-client-facing role; no selling, prospecting, or direct client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, commercial reporting, business administration, CRM systems, data analysis, or Customer Success reporting is advantageous.

Our Role

As a Digital Account Specialist / UAE National (Part-time) you will provide internal analytical reporting and operational support across Digital Sales and Customer Success department. Reporting directly to the Customer Success & Digital Account Manager you will maintain visibility of the Digital sales pipeline commercial performance and customer portfolio. You will prepare recurring reports monitor agreed Customer Success KPIs and pr ovide accurate information to support management decisions and departmental planning. This is a fully internal non-client-facing position. The role does not involve selling prospecting negotiating presenting to customers managing accounts or communicating directly with clients.

This role is open to UAE Nationals only. Applications from other candidates will not be considered.

Your Impact

• Maintain accurate Digital sales pipelines forecasts and commercial trackers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on opportunities orders backlog sales performance and targets.
• Monitor pipeline gaps overdue opportunities missing data and potential commercial risks.
• Develop dashboards and management summaries while supporting Digital campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain accurate customer portfolios solution records onboarding progress training and go-live activities.
• Monitor Customer Success KPIs including activation adoption usage engagement retention and license renewals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports dashboards and management summaries by account product and segment.
• Identify declining usage inactive customers missed milestones renewal risks and accounts requiring management attention. Manage the weekly and monthly reporting calendar and prepare materials for management meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of Digital proposals orders and commercial documentation.
• Organize Digital product pricing presentation and historical performance materials.
• Provide analytical administrative and reporting support to the Customer Success & Digital Account Manager.

About You

Ideally you are organized analytical and proactive with strong attention to detail and an interest in technology and digital solutions. You are comfortable working independently with data preparing reports and monitoring multiple activities against deadlines and performance targets.

Experience in sales operations commercial reporting business administration CRM systems data analysis or Customer Success reporting would be an advantage. Previous selling or client experience is not required.

What you should bring:

• Facing Strong analytical organizational reporting and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of sales pipelines forecasting and customer performance KPIs with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Structured proactive and discreet with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and an interest in fitness wellness and digital technology.
