Job summary

Digital Pipl in Dubai (also offering remote work) is seeking a hardworking, curious talent to join and learn recruitment from the inside. You don't need a traditional recruitment background; sourcing, lead generation, sales or research experience is a plus, but attitude matters more.

You will perform deep research and sourcing, coordinate bookings, maintain reports and dashboards, support candidates and clients, and help improve processes with AI.
