Job summary

Visioneers is seeking a Digital Project & Client Services Specialist to coordinate across two client accounts, bridging creative and technical discussions. You will manage content updates, social campaigns, and vendor interactions, ensuring timely delivery and quality across websites and digital tools.

The role requires Arabic and English communication, basic HTML understanding, and hands-on coordination with designers, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Arabic-speaking with strong English communication.
• 3–7+ years in digital project management or related hybrid roles.
• Ability to read basic HTML and coordinate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination across client, internal team, designers, web and social media vendors.
• Turn client requests into clear actions, briefs, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, approvals, feedback, revisions, and deadlines.
• Review work before it reaches the client and ensure it meets requirements and quality standards.
• Communicate with non-technical clients and technical/creative specialists.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and productivity.
• Maintain organized project files, briefs, trackers, and communication records.
