Job summary

Visioneers in Dubai seeks a Digital Project & Client Services Specialist to manage client work across website content, digital tools, data systems, and social media campaigns. You will coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while translating business needs into actionable briefs.

You will understand web-app basics, host/dns concepts, CMS platforms, and social media workflows, guiding vendors and solving blockers with practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in digital project management, account management, client servicing, digital production, web projects, or a similar hybrid role.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, developers, designers, or digital production teams is strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating social media campaigns or digital marketing vendors is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with institutional, corporate, education, government, or other stakeholder-heavy clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination across client, internal team, designers, web and social media vendors, and other suppliers.
• Turn client requests into clear actions, briefs, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, approvals, feedback, revisions, and deadlines.
• Review work before it reaches the client and ensure it meets the agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with both non-technical clients and technical/creative specialists.
• Identify problems early and take initiative to resolve them.
• Research answers independently instead of escalating every question.
• Use AI tools intelligently for research, drafting, analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, ideation, and productivity.
• Maintain organized project files, content, briefs, trackers, requirements, and communication records.
• Support presentations, reports, status updates, meeting notes, and client communications when required.
• Be prepared to execute hands-on when a task can be completed faster or more effectively directly rather than through a vendor.
• Protect the quality of the client relationship by being responsive, dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
