Job summary

You'll work with marketing and sales to turn ideas into scalable tools and automate workflows, directly affecting a 250-person company with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and a culture of rapid experimentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role such as web development, marketing technology or systems.
• Hands-on website-building experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience with CRMs, databases and integrations (APIs).
• Proven AI tools usage with demonstrable impact.
• Marketing insight linking site systems to leads and sales.
• Real estate or marketing agency background is a plus.
• Direct impact on a 250-person company with ownership of your work.
• Freedom to experiment with new AI tools.
• Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices with fast-moving team.

• Develop, maintain and improve our website, including performance, UX, SEO and lead capture
