Earnest HR Consultancy's client in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support branding, digital marketing activities, and lead generation initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media, website development, SEO, digital advertising, and overseeing property portal marketing. You will coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and brand visibility while managing budgets and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in UAE real estate.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO, and lead generation.
• Experience with social media management, CRM, and property portals.
• Creative thinking, initiative, and a results-driven approach.
